We are pleased to share Colton Snow has been named our Interim Chief Marketing Officer. Colton has been with Sun Country Airlines for six years and for the last two years has been our Vice President of Product and eCommerce.
Colton’s roles have included being a champion of improving our booking experience and customer self-service tools on suncountry.com and improving the products available to our guests – including hotels and car rentals and expanding our Rewards and credit card programs. Colton also oversees our onboard entertainment system and inflight products, including our Midwest food and beverage options.
"Colton is a champion of our brand, providing an easy online booking process, and providing quality products onboard for our customers. Under his leadership, the eCommerce team has improved the onboard products and online services for our guests, making their travel experience hassle-free," said Chief Executive Officer Jude Bricker.
With Colton stepping into this role, we also express our gratitude for Brian Davis's six years of leadership and service as Chief Marketing Officer.
Brian led a complete refresh of our brand – including a new livery, new advertising, and the redevelopment of our website. He developed partnerships with organizations in the community, including our commitment to Make-A-Wish MN, and led efforts to bring Caribou Coffee and Minnesota-based products onboard.
